Cézanne Drawing

JUNE 6-SEPTEMBER 25, 2021

MoMA
11 West 53rd Street
New York, NY 10019

Bringing together more than 200 works on paper and a selection of related oil paintings, the Museum of Modern Art’s Cézanne Drawing is the first major U.S. exhibition to examine how the French Impressionist artist used pencil and watercolor throughout his career as means of conceptual and formal experimentation. The subjects range widely, from intimate family portraits to landscape sketches, to copies of old masters.
