American photographer Lyn Sullivan’s latest exhibition L’amour est plus fort que la haine (Love is Stronger than Hate) will remain on view through the month of March. Photographer Lyn Sullivan found herself on the streets of Paris in the days and months following the attacks of 2015, and captured these photographs.
The black and white images are punctuated with vibrant color representing the voice of expression and liberty. The title of this exhibition is inspired by the graffiti in one of the images, which says “Donne-moi de la haine, je t’en fais de l’amour”. “I believe that freedom will always find a way,” said Lyn Sullivan, “that love is stronger than hate, and peace is sought by all thinking people.”
