France-Amérique extends thanks to its readers and partners in New York

For the fourth year in a row, France-Amérique organized its fall cocktail at the Consulate General of France in New York. This year it took place on Thursday, November 2nd.

“There is a real place for a magazine that recognizes and promotes the French-American relationship.” With these words, Guy Sorman, the president of France-Amérique, welcomed the guests at the Consulate General of France. “Each month, we continue to weave together the links between our two countries, whose destinies have been inseparable for over two centuries,” a message of kinship echoed by the consul, Anne-Claire Legendre. “Thank you Guy Sorman for continuing to examine French-American relations as you do so well. Thank you France-Amérique.”

France-Amérique, founded in New York in 1943, will celebrate its 75th anniversary next year. Neither the continued success of the magazine, nor its annual cocktail would have been possible without the unconditional support of its readers and partners over the years.
