Jean-Baptiste Robin, organist of the Royal Chapel at the Palace of Versailles since 2010, is renowned for his performances of French Baroque music and, perhaps more surprisingly, his interpretations of the American symphonic organ repertoire. He is also a well-regarded composer; his most recent album, Fantaisie Mécanique, came out earlier this year. This month, he plays five concerts stateside, the first three solo and the others with trumpeter Romain Leleu.
