Danielle Richie is originally from Syracuse, New York and joined UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in April 2018 to oversee the Full-Time MBA admissions and student recruitment team. She has more than 12 years of professional recruiting experience in undergraduate and graduate business programs. Danielle’s educational background includes a master’s degree in communications with a specialization in advertising from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the State University of New York at Oswego. In her spare time, Danielle is an avid traveler and passport stamp collector (visited 40+ countries). When she is not traveling, you can find her on the field as a U.S. Soccer Certified Referee.

Aracely Magallon, Marketing and Recruitment Manager for the HEC Paris MBA program with a demonstrated history of working in Recruitment and D&I Initiatives. Aracely holds a Bachelors in International Business from CSU Fullerton and Masters in Business Development from Grenoble Ecole de Management. She started out in Recruitment, but fell in love with higher education industry. Today, she gets to experience the best of both worlds. On her spare time she enjoys traveling, rollerblading and recently learned how to make coffee art.

Eric Lucrezia is a coach and the creator of Candidate Coach, a boutique admissions consulting and career coaching agency, serving clients worldwide. He’s also the author of the books, “Getting into an MBA in France”, and “Getting into an MBA in the UK”. Eric is the former Director of Recruitment for the Global MBA at ESSEC Business School in Paris, France. Prior to that he also worked at Sciences Po Paris and Long Island University in New York, where is originally from. Eric has lived in Barcelona, Spain and Sydney, Australia, and currently makes his home in Paris, France.
