The pioneering Budapest-born photographer André Kertész emigrated to Paris in 1925 at age 31. For the first three years of the decade he would spend there, he printed most of his photographs on postcard stock, putting a popular, affordable material to avant-garde use. André Kertész: Postcards from Paris brings together some 100 of these carte postale prints, including portraits of fellow artists, still lifes, and street scenes
